“Compliments go out to Alex , assistant manager and a tech named Jake. Both were very helpful and persistent in trying to do a break inspection for my very old car!! . The drum on the car was frozen on wheel due to rust. They persisted and persisted to unfreeze the rust and demonstrated a desire to get the job done!
They were also very fair in trying to save me money on any repair on this car. I am at the point where I do not want to spend too much money on a car this old and took this into consideration!
Alex and Jake were excellent. I highly recommend talking to one of these two gentlemen at Car X in Newport., Ky. . if you have any mechanical car issues

“I had a random, unexpected flat tire and this Firestone happened to be the closest location. I recently replaced my tires and had opted for the road hazard/disaster insurance, it really paid off here! They kept my vehicle secure overnight and were even kind enough to hold onto it for an extra day for me. “Car shops are my biggest fear, I started with John Nolan after tire discounters claimed I had a bad ball joint and was dangerous to drive. I brought it to John Nolan and Pete took me out to the garage and showed me nothing was wrong with the ball joint, he showed how it should feel and let me try it as well. That was 5 years ago and that ball joint is there on the car. They don’t fix it unless it is broke and are good at explaining something is dangerous or just needs to be fixed in the future. In over 40 years I have never had such honest service, I have 6 cars in my fleet and they keep them road worthy at a fair price.”

“Lovely place to go to. I was having heating issues with my car, and I got it fixed with them taking multiple steps to find the issue. I was informed with every step they took, and I felt like the price was very fair for something that will save me this winter. When I had issues with my tire, they didn’t charge me a dime when I most needed someone to help. I also got a full car evaluation during an oil change appointment, and I honestly am glad since it helped me know what future repairs I need to think about in order to keep my car longer. With used car prices on the rise, this AAA strives for every car owner to walk away satisfied. I’ll be coming back here for all future car repairs.”
