Customers report very happy experiences with the services and prices, noting great customer service where staff are kindly and politely happy to assist. The store is fun to visit, and the option to shop online and pick up in-store is available. Overall, it is a place where pets can get worn out and owners enjoy a positive experience.
They need to do a better job of keeping prescription food in stock. I buy a lot of it, and I'm constantly having to go to other PetSmart stores in the area.
