There’s 2 salesmen for a 15 people , and they treated us so bad , they just wanna end there shift

My husband was in Kroger and the Spectrum crew was there. He was going to do the free trial or whatever the current deal was and brought it all home. We talked about it and ultimately decided no. He texted the rep back and said that we were going to pass. Kordell, the rep responded with a text that said “you’re the one who pays the bills right? It seems like she doesn’t trust your judgement” If trying to create deception and planting seeds of doubt between spouses is the sales tactic here, we probably need to find a new career because we probably aren’t just any good at sales. Extremely inappropriate and embarrassing for your company. Would give 0 stars if I could.

Great customer service. I registered online and Kyle Nash - Store Sales Specialist - helped me convert to spectrum mobile and was an easy transition. I appreciate all he do for me and getting savings. After seeing initial reviews, I thought I should give my opinion for others to see.

Let me start by saying Cole & Kyle are both amazing! I went to spectrum yesterday & Cole took the best care of me. She even stayed late to make sure I left satisfied which I did with a brand new phone! If I need any other assistance I’ll be sure to ask for Cole or Kyle!

All service providers are horrible greedy companies. I have to pay for 19.99 a month voice to get my internet at half the rate. Not to mention the whole idea of internet speeds costing different prices is a complete scam.

Talisa was very helpful, I was just dropping off equipment and she registered me to get a credit on my bill. She went above and beyond which is awesome because I was thinking about switching after my promotion and probably won’t any more!

I came to get my equipment and to switch my phone service and was pleasantly surprised with the most friendly, professional and helpful service I received. Jacob, who took care of me, was patient, knowledgeable and personable. His keen sense of humor helped to manage through any hurdles and confusions. Great customer service!!!

Spectrum is by far the worst internet service I have ever experienced. Numerous outages, especially if it rains or the wind blows. Unfortunately spectrum is the only service available to this area, otherwise we would switch in a minute.

Never get service from here! It is absolutely the worst. I had to go back to this store 3 times to talk to the same employee (he reeks of bad BO too) and we were supposed to be paying a specific price per month for internet and he said that it would change on the app and show up as that price like 24-48 hours after turning it on. Nope still was charging over $30 more than what it was supposed to be. Then I went back in the store because the help line on the phone had no documentation of this price at all. And the same guy said he fixed it and then it was still $10 higher than it was supposed to be. I went back in again and he said he fixed it again but then it never changed and I’ve finally given up. Spectrum is a scam and is only here to steal your money and have 50000 outages
