No real help at all. I felt I knew more than the guy who was there to “help” but they guy knew nothing of how to put the new SIM card in and troubleshooting our problems. This employee was very untrained and not helpful.
So i came in to get an apple watch and the system was being a little bit wonky but josh being the only one there at the time went above and beyond to not only help me but 4 other customers and didnt lose his cool not one time
Manager asked if he could help me then began rolling his eyes as soon as I began telling him what I was there for. He then told me the kid next to him would help me, then left. It went downhill from there. I'm disabled and old, not stupid, yet I'm treated like that every time I come in the door.
