“I took my 2015 Ford Focus to Overbeck Auto to diagnose issues with my purge valve and engine lights. Daryle and the Overbeck team went above and beyond. They ordered the part my car needed and then waited for the vendor to deliver it. Due to traffic they stayed after hours on a Friday evening to make sure it arrived. As soon as it came in they installed the part, test-drove the car and kept me informed throughout the entire process.
They didn’t charge me for the extra time or the additional parts it took to clear the engine codes. They were reliable, thorough, and genuinely compassionate—I truly felt heard and cared for. It’s rare to find an auto shop like that these days. My wife was so impressed with their service that she even baked cookies for me to bring to them!

They were very kind and didn't hesitate to explain in detail what was wrong with my car and what was needed to repair my car. I asked a lot of questions because I am not sure what was going on. I've an 04' Saab 95' 2.3. it had a blown head gasket!! I bought it 9 years ago for my mom. After speaking with Tammy or Tammie, Tami,!!! She didn't hesitate to say, bring it down to us!!! After dealing with lots of people who said yes we work on Saabs!! Turn's out as all told me to junk it..... Well hacker Auto repair has made me Smile & the happiest person ever!! “Ryan and Steve are the nicest mechanics, repair shop I’ve been. Very knowledgeable. I’ve had two transfer cases done, along with a transmission rebuilt here. (All separate vehicles). They are the go to guys to help when your car transmission issues arise. Nobody likes when their car breaks or needs work.
When it comes to Transmissions, they are the only ones I will do business with. Highly recommend, they will tell you what you need to hear, not what others would make up.”

Bill and Donny was helpful in explaining the issue and avoid unnecessary expenses even if you ask to replace anything they will only suggest if it’s necessary to replace.”
“Stopped fordt thing in the morning for an emergency tire with the possibility of them not being able to work me in. I waited patiently while they got everyone checked in. They did not have my tire in stock. However, they were able to order one and have it by end of day. I left the wheel with them and went to work. While at work they were able to get the tire mounted on the wheel and called me just in time to make it back for them to put it on and before they closed. I also added wiper blades since they were on sale. Shout out to Mark the GM and the tech for working me in.”

I had a nail in my tire also but he didn't try to up-sale me on any additional services which i appreciate! The service was also very quick I was in and out in an hour! I have not had work done by this company yet but I called them and explained my situation with my F150 2003 with 130,000 miles as I’ve lost forward gears. They could not give me a quote on a replacement transmission due to the fact that I called late on Saturday but they did say that they would call me back on Monday to give me a quote very pleasant very prompt and they don’t rebuild transmissions but he did give me the name of another company that does do rebuilds which I felt was very nice”

“This was a warranty job for SilverRock. The process was simple. I took my Car in to AAMCO where I was greeted by Fred. He was very personable and told me when they would look at my car. Johnny called me the day of and let me know what the issue was and that they would order the part. The very next day I was called that it was fixed and ready to pick up. They handled all the dealing with the warranty provider and it was very easy. Would highly recommend!”
