“This vet goes above and beyond! The rooms have toys, treats, and a diffuser to help calm them. The nurses and doctors leave you with no questions and explain things very thoroughly. They even have a little suite for local cats that need a home! I’m very happy i made the switch from my old vet to PetVet365. 10000/10 stars! 🐾🧡”

“If I could give more stars, I would. I have a senior dog and they treat him so well and give him the best care. I have had pastvets completely miss my dogs heart condition and that is time wasted on care that could slow the progression. Not here. They KNOW what they are doing and I feel safe taking my extremely loved pet here. You can tell the difference between a vets office that truly cares and goes above and beyond and which ones don't. Y'all will never find me taking my pets anywhere else, I simply cannot find better.”

“10/10. I switched over to this clinic to see Dr. Buckner because I was unhappy with my dog's previous vet visits at another clinic in town, and wanted to try a different route. I was extremely pleased after leaving the appointment because Dr. Buckner was gentle, her and her staff took their time with us, asked all the right questions and made sure my dog was as comfortable as possible. This was everything I was looking for and I will recommend them over and over again.”

“Monfort Heights Animal clinic is the best !!! All of the vets are great !!! Doc McBride and Dr. Mark McBride are very knowledgeable and great with my two 10 year old dogs !!! My girl dog has had 3 major operations and they took care of her like the princess she is !!! All the techs are gentle and good with the dogs . The front desk is great and takes care of business quickly , especially Emily , she is the best - she definitely goes the extra mile !!! “First wellness visit to Erlanger Veterinary Hospital with 2 of our 3 dogs. We decided to switch from our previous vet because it was tough getting a same day appointment(solo practitioner) when one of the 3 needed a sick visit. We saw Dr Porter at Erlanger VC and were so happy with her attention to detail. She listened to my concerns about my 2 senior pups. The 2 vet techs were great, Kya and Brian, and were kind and attentive. Since our appointment last week, I have spoken 2 times on the phone with Dr Porter in follow up to new meds and abnormal lab results and have another appointment scheduled this week for further testing. We will definitely go back to EVC. Our 3rd one is due in March for her wellness visit and will also be seen there.”

“My dog Sadie was very old and not doing well. I came in thinking the only option was to put her down, but they gave me medication that truly brought her back to the loving dog I remembered. It gave me two amazing extra weeks with her before the meds could no longer help.
When it was time, I brought her back, and they were incredibly understanding and got me in right away. They walked me through everything ahead of time so I wouldn’t have to worry about anything in the moment. They took such great care of her in her final moments.
Afterward, as my family and I were leaving, they gave me a small vial with her hair in it. That was such a heartfelt touch. Then, a week later, I received a card in the mail with messages from the entire staff. It meant so much to us.

We have a cat that we have had for 14 years who never trusted a single soul. (Would never leave a carrier) We tried dr Shepard after years of trying vets. Our cat Baby came out of her carrier without even an ounce of fear. She went right to him without even being bribed or anything. Complete trust she had in him.
This is the cat who has to share a space with someone for months before she would even let you pet her.
She was a rescue and has very little trust in people but she has complete trust right away with dr. Shepherd.
That moment we KNEW dr. Shepard was the vet for us. He gives the most calming aura with animals and he makes sure your animals are well taken care of.”
