When my dr sends a prescription or I call for a refill. It takes 3 to 4 days to fill. Sometimes I get a call saying it’s ready. But when I go to pick it up.they say it’s not ready.

I was in the Newport, Ky store this morning and Kaitlyn was a HUGE help, she was helpful and was very kind. She educated me on why there are no longer sale papers in the store. Thank You, Kaitlyn

Went to urgent care for a respiratory infection. Told them to send my prescription here. Went in to find out that they don’t take veterans insurance because they consider it as low income so I definitely won’t be using Walgreens pharmacy EVER again.
