“I had an issue and question about a deposit, I called the main Chase 800 number and he knew nothing about the problem or how to solve it. I then called every Chase bank in lexington, received a pre-recorded message and then the calls were ended. I tried one last call to the Chase in Nicholasville KY, this time a man named Anthony answered right away and within two minutes solved the issue
I gave the bank 5 stars but Anthony’s professionalism and the respect he showed me as a long time customer deserves 500 stars. If that bank were closer to me, I would gladly switch my business to that branch. Banking the way it should be, caring about your customers.”
