“My work hours and their work hours are identical. When I called to advise what I needed and that even getting off early I would arrive almost at closing Patrick told me “no problem -come on over”. When I arrived Patrick and his Mgr couldn’t have been nicer. They figured out my problem and offered a better resolution than I thought was possible. By the time I paid, it was 15 min past closing time. I apologized and they told me not to worry a bit -they were happy to help. This is not the first time I have done business with K-I Lumber and every time they are super helpful. I love sincere customer service! Thank you K-I Lumber 😊 (Sorry, I wrote a review yesterday and it’s not appearing on their website today. Now that I’ve re-written it, I see the other one here. No idea why neither are appearing on their website???)”

“I have been doing business here since the late 70's. I am a contractor and this is the best place in the Commonwealth to get building supplies. They also have a great old school hardware store. Prices for building projects are almost always cheaper than Lowes, Home Depot and the other construction supply businesses in the central Kentucky area.Trex decking can be found here and orders for trex usually arrive in a couple days after ordering.The entire staff seems like they really care for their customers. I don't know what I would do without Stratton Lumber Company.”
