They treated me like they were glad to have my business and answered some questions about pigment. They were insistent on being helpful and their price beat Amazon on an item I couldn't get at Home Depot or Lowes.”

“My work hours and their work hours are identical. When I called to advise what I needed and that even getting off early I would arrive almost at closing Patrick told me “no problem -come on over”. When I arrived Patrick and his Mgr couldn’t have been nicer. They figured out my problem and offered a better resolution than I thought was possible. By the time I paid, it was 15 min past closing time. I apologized and they told me not to worry a bit -they were happy to help. This is not the first time I have done business with K-I Lumber and every time they are super helpful. I love sincere customer service! Thank you K-I Lumber 😊 (Sorry, I wrote a review yesterday and it’s not appearing on their website today. Now that I’ve re-written it, I see the other one here.
