It far exceeded anything we’ve had at the big box stores in the past. When the guest bedroom carpet arrived there was a problem with how the hardwood transitions had been done into the hallway. That was not their fault, but their installer figured out how to fix it so that the floors looked flawless. A year later, it still looks great.
