Went there today to upgrade my phone ! One of the three ladies there helped me today. Even with some unexpected set backs she helped me out with a smile, she played with my son while I made a phone call. Literally the best person ! I wish I caught her name, but that customer service is so rare !

People are really nice Tara was very helpfull and sweet . Cricket is not as good of deal as it was 3 phones 2 numbers brought over was about $400 . Service is still pretty good way better than spectrum or boost.
