Not even corporate would help us, but the young man who answered the phone invited us in to take a look and see if he could fix the problems we had. He stayed hours after his shift to sort things out for us after hours spent on the phone with customer service. He was kind, patient and full of integrity beyond anything I've ever expected or seen. We're taking him hone now and he's going to be our new grandson. I can't say enough, wonderful. HE NEEDS A RAISE.”
