People are really nice Tara was very helpfull and sweet .
Cricket is not as good of deal as it was 3 phones 2 numbers brought over was about $400 . Service is still pretty good way better than spectrum or boost.

Bad service, looks like the person (woman) dont want to help at all, i guess is was more important what she wad doing on her phone that help the customers, could tell right away she just wanted to be on the phone instead of helping.

Waited for 20 minutes to be told she has One computer and has an account pulled up and that she can't get switched so it would be a while when all I was trying to do was pay a bill, she even canceled the transaction because it wasn't working and instead of going ahead and taking my payment she proceeded to do the transaction again while calling other stores to find out what to do. Seems like she needs help or more training to do her job better
