“CrossFit 859 is one of the nicest and largest CF gyms I have been to. Plenty of space for classes at one of the many times offered throughout the day, and large open training area as well. They provide a welcoming environment for those new to fitness.. The coaches are super knowledgeable, talented and eager to help. CF859 is a top-notch gym to be a member of, or if you are looking for a CF to drop-in from out of town for a class. If you are looking for a CrossFit gym in the Nicholasville/Lexington area, check out CrossFit 859, you will not be disappointed!”
