I love going to the gym. Ive lost 7 pounds since joining and i feel great! I look forward to working with my personal trainer after the first of the year.

Great variety of equipment, weights, and deadlift and squat stations. Good atmosphere and group of fellow lifters and clean bathrooms and showers. Love going very early when serious lifters are going hard

Returning member from a few years ago. Alexis was very friendly and helpful to get my membership re-signing squared away.
Impressed to see the club just as clean today as it was four years ago – the consistent and outstanding job of maintaining a clean club is noticed and appreciated !
