They provide a welcoming environment for those new to fitness.. The coaches are super knowledgeable, talented and eager to help. CF859 is a top-notch gym to be a member of, or if you are looking for a CF to drop-in from out of town for a class. “I very much enjoy this gym.
Everyone that works there and exercises there is polite.
They have two platforms for deadlift, 3 different squat racks, plenty of benches and treadmills. Clean locker room with showers. Could use a bigger GHD or an assault bike, but that is because I'm an ex-crossfitter.”
“My wife and I have been training at Strong Shop for just over three years. It has been the best gym experience of our lives. The owner, Josh and all the trainers and other members are super friendly and encouraging. We laugh together and there is genuine concern for one another. There is a real family atmosphere. We tried the large chain gyms as well as our local college student- center gym and just could not stick with it. Now that we are at strong training with Brent & Leah, we are excited about going and are stronger and fitter than we have been in many years. Both our trainers are sensitive to our age and condition and have chosen routines that have gradually strengthened us. We feel younger than we did 10 years! Knowing that someone is waiting for us to arrive is a real motivator and gets us to the gym. We love Strong Shop!”

“This place would be a great setting for an episode of Scooby doo. It seems haunted. It has a salty grounds keeper. It was apparently grandfathered in once actual building codes were invented. And no one suspect's a thing. It also makes a fairly passable volleyball court for elementary school girls. And apparently they play basketball here from time to time.”
“My daughter recently began gymnastic classes here, and she's had an amazing experience thus far. They've got an adequate number of instructors, which allows the kids to get the individualized amount of instruction and one on one training. It's a very fun time for my 8 yr old and helps her stay active, so I anticipate that we'll be coming here for the forcible future! Their prices at Bluegrass Athletics are comparable to most other similar typs facilities, with the exception of having NO REGISTRATION FEES!!!”
“Excellent instructors and excellent overall value. Tennis can be a very expensive sport, but Bluegrass has made tennis more affordable. Also, the staff does an excellent job of stringing my racquets at the expected level of quality. Highly recommended to anyone seeking the best overall value.”
