Prime Storage is a great storage company that is safe, helpful, and affordable. The facility is very clean, with units that are clean and even have electricity and a ceiling light. The customer service is awesome, with staff that is super friendly, always helpful, and will do everything possible to assist. The sign-up process is easy. Customers have stored vehicles and household items, keeping their belongings safe. Many are very happy with the experience and would highly recommend the storage facility.
Good friendly service, clean except no light due to previous delinquent renter using a high wattage light bulb. Repairs to insulation should be made and LED low wattage bulb installed.
