“I am not a local customer, but found Logan's looking for some particular shirts and stumbled upon them at a price that was unbeatable. After placing an order, it shipped and arrived quickly. Upon arrival I noticed one of the shirts was not what I ordered. A quick call to the store, a transfer to Steve to explain the situation, and after he apologized profusely for the mix up he solved my issue on the spot. Sent me a return label and shipped out the correct item.
In a world where the topic is always AI and lack of human touch, it was SO refreshing to have actual customer service from a human who focused on the experience of a random customer.

“Edit: Ellie was wonderful and made it right. Will definitely be back! GREAT customer service!I like the store, but am disappointed with pricing. They had a sign saying All short sleeve tees 2 for 25. Nothing posted about excluding sizes. They charge me $34. I questioned the lady and she said it's because extended sizes are not included. This is our 3rd time shopping there and probably our last. If the sale excludes sizes it needs to be posted.”

“We went to the lids in Macys looking for a Saqoun Barkley jersey. They didn’t have any. The man working with us, Ted, called 5 different places and on the 5th one he had the guy FaceTime so we could see the jerseys. He even said he could travel to Cincinnati for us, because he was the district manager and traveled quite a bit around town. Ted’s customer service was above and beyond.”

She's always so kind and friendly, and every single time I come into the store, she's somehow there with a smile. I'm always stopping by, and she always makes sure to welcome me in and tell me it's nice to see me again.
I honestly wouldn't come back nearly as often if it weren't for such an amazing employee. I always get excited to visit because, even if it's been a month or two, she still remembers me and makes great conversation. She truly makes customers feel valued.

“Not necessarily my style of clothing but it is a well maintained store, priced "fair". You don't get much back if you sell here but that is due to them pricing their clothes a bit cheaper than most other stores.
They have a very nice selection of jewelry that is priced amazingly. The staff is a bit standoffish but once you get to talking with them they are VERY kind and friendly.”
“This Ariat location and its employees is amazing. The owner (I forgot his name) helped me pick out my first ever pair of boots almost a year ago. I haven’t stopped wearing them since. I’m making this review in hopes to get as good of a deal as I did that day ;) Ariat production is some of the most high quality apparel/clothing I’ve ever owned. I’m not going back to overpriced low quality brands ever again (I used to only wear Jordan’s/nike/work boots).”
“I went to JCrew to find some pants for work, and Autumn was so helpful in helping me find the perfect pair! She checked in with me multiple times to make sure I was finding everything okay and also talked to me about JCrew sizing (which I was so grateful for). Sometimes when I go into stores the employees ignore me or look at me like I couldn’t afford to buy their clothing because whatever I’m dressed in that day, but Autumn didn’t do that and was really great! “I have recently been diagnosed with cancer and my 150lb body is at 112. So I do tend to shop in the kids section because of the 14/16 waist options. Never once has anyone in this store made me feel bad, or looked at me differently as many other stores have. I just wanted to say thank you. Thank you for allowing me figure out waist size etc. It's hard enough in this world, but the employees here make it feel so much better, even if it's just when shopping in your store. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for not judging and actually helping me. I will continue to utilize this store until I can no longer shop on my own. Kudos and stay kind”

“Staff was all very nice, good selection in the store, store was well organized. My only suggestion is to clean the tile floors. Now let me say that I am not a picky person but they were so dirty in the dressing room area that everything I was trying on got dirty when they touched the floor. My socks looked as though I had walked shoeless on a dirt road. I had to take off my socks to try the leggings on and my feet got so dirty. The floors looked like they haven't been swept/cleaned in a long time.If sales is not responsible for cleaning floors, please hire someone.”
