“I ended up off the side of the interstate, with my vehicle unable to be driven. I got a notification that the tow truck driver would arrive in 60mins — Matt showed up ten minutes later! He gave extremely professional service, was patient and understanding with my frustration, and (bless his heart) he even listened to my endless chatter because I needed a ride in the truck to the mechanic shop.
