“I can honestly say this was one of the best vehicle-buying experiences I’ve had.
I worked with Jacob Lynch at Wyatt Johnson GMC in Clarksville on the purchase of my new GMC Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate, and he absolutely earned my business. I came into this deal having purchased multiple vehicles from another local dealership over the years, so earning my business somewhere new was not going to be easy.
From the beginning, Jacob was responsive, transparent, and willing to actually work for the deal. We negotiated most of everything before I ever walked into the dealership, and there was never any pressure or games. When we hit a sticking point on my trade, Jacob didn’t just give me the standard “that’s the best we can do” response. He went back to his managers multiple times, worked directly with the GM, and even went through their corporate office to see what else they could do for me. That level of effort did not go unnoticed.
What impressed me most was that Jacob understood I wasn’t simply looking for the lowest monthly payment. I wanted the numbers to make sense as a complete transaction. He took the time to work through the purchase price, incentives, financing, and trade value with me and remained professional and responsive throughout the entire process.
They gave me an excellent discount on the Denali Ultimate, worked hard to improve the value of my trade, honored the financing and incentives we discussed, and had everything ready when I arrived. There were no last-minute surprises or mysterious numbers appearing once I got into finance, which anyone who has purchased enough vehicles knows is unfortunately worth mentioning.
Jacob also made it clear that he wasn’t interested in just selling me one truck. He wanted to earn a long-term customer, and that’s exactly what he accomplished.

“I took my car to Beachaven for the first time a few days ago, and they were absolutely great! I called them at about 8 in the morning to pick up my car for repair through their tow service, and within 15 minutes they were at my house. I originally took it in for what I assumed was an alternator issue, but upon inspection they realized it was a much smaller fix and were able to communicate this to me and help me out the same day. I also got an oil change, the entire service took under 2 hours and I was back on the road. Compared to other shops I’d looked into in the Clarksville area and just in general, they were extremely professional and the entire service was fairly priced. 10/10, definitely will be coming back for any future issues and would recommend to anyone!”

I was told by the dealership I needed rear pads and rotors but after going to budget brake they looked at my vehicle and told me I didn’t need them replaced yet I really appreciate the honesty and not taking advantage of me just because. When it’s time I will definitely come back.”

“Had a leak near my passenger wheel. They fixed a pinion seal for me and there was no more issue. Also had them do an alignment on my new tires. Car is riding nice and smooth. Nice people and seemed pretty affordable. Would recommend”

“I had purchased my first Jeep and after a few months, I felt like something just wasn't right. I took her in to another repair shop and after paying just to get her looked at, I was told nothing was wrong (except for getting some new tires) and that my concerns were just a 'Jeep Thing'. A few months later, things got worse, my traction light came on with major pull issues (while driving, stopping, etc) and driving in the rain felt especially unsafe (like ice). I honestly started to feel like all the years I had spent saving up for my 'dream Jeep' were now turning into a nightmare.
Then, I decided to give Motofix a try. I called up Brian, expressed my concerns, and he told me to stop by so he could take a look and see what or if anything was wrong...without charge!?! When I arrived, Brian took the time to listen, explain, and actually help me. He gave me advice on what would be the best course of action to get my Jeep to it's best. He never pushed or tried to up sell me. I listened to his advice and I'm so happy I did...He found and fixed the issues that my Jeep was having and honestly it's like night and day! I have my dream Jeep back. So, if your looking for a honest, reasonably priced mechanic with some incredible skills... give Brian a call!

Upon driving home we noticed the low tire sensor on. We were confident that it was just a sensor being wonky due to the truck being jacked up.
When we checked the tires after getting home, we were shocked. Not a single tire had the same tire pressure and one of them was really low.
So, not a big deal, just surprising. I trusted that the tires would’ve been adequately inflated at install.”

“All the personnel are professional and friendly. As far as I know, the issue has been fixed. Usually I take my car elsewhere because your prices are higher than other places and being a senior I have to go with the cheapest price. This time though your alignment was cheaper. Matt always gives me a discount so I and appreciate that. My car is really old so having a warranty isn’t as important because I never know when the engine or transmission will go out…original on both.”

“I have an old 2002 cougar. Has over 150,000 miles on it. It's been in two wrecks.I had a misfire. And one day I parked it.And the temperature got around 0°.It's sat in that cold for over a week without being started or ran.When I finally tried to start the car it cranked but would not start.After having it towed to ashworth automotive.He did a compression test and found the compression was low. And the spark plugs were soaked in gas and fouled out.Other mechanics told me that with the low compression my engine was doomed. I spoke to four or five different shops and mechanics.They all said replace the car or tear the engine apart only options.But Jerry at ashworth automotive, being an (old school mechanic) said he had a trick he might be able to save it and get me running again ?!But he informed me he could not guarantee it would work.I took the chance considering I could not afford a new vehicle at this time.The next day sure enough he called me back and said it's fired up and running.And after a couple of fixes like a broken intake air sensor wire and some new spark plugs, he said it was finished.It's sat over the weekend in the cold at his shop.I got there tried the car and it started immediately first turn fired right up.It drove smooth and like it should from there to my home.Obviously it's too soon to tell if the fix will remain good or not.But at this point it's running and running properly.I really appreciate him doing things that no other mechanic would do in order to keep me running.And everything he did was in a matter of like 4 days total.The price for everything came out to be less than what some other mechanics and shops were going to charge me.So I am personally satisfied thus far with the shop, and would definitely recommend it.”
