“This is the best place to go if you are in any part of TN! He gives you a great diagnosis of any problems you are having with your vehicle in the present and problems that you have had in the past with prior owners. I recently purchased a vehicle and it had a history of a coolant leak, as well as a faulty brake light switch sensor. I needed a quick fix, and could not wait weeks to be seen. I contacted the owner, and he seen me the next day! He informed me that I had a problem with my thermostat housing, and that I needed to replace my radiator. Shops would generally charge for diagnosing problems with your vehicle, but he did it for free and he is also a veteran! He understands the people who work hard and try to bet by during the everyday struggle and he puts forth the effort to help and keep us satisfied. Instead of me spending $2,000 plus at a dealership, I saved more than a $1,000 plus time going to him and getting his services. His name is Gilbert and he owns the shop Abrakadabra Repair and Towing in Clarksville, TN located at 154 B St.”

I worked with Jacob Lynch at Wyatt Johnson GMC in Clarksville on the purchase of my new GMC Sierra 1500 Denali Ultimate, and he absolutely earned my business. I came into this deal having purchased multiple vehicles from another local dealership over the years, so earning my business somewhere new was not going to be easy.
From the beginning, Jacob was responsive, transparent, and willing to actually work for the deal. We negotiated most of everything before I ever walked into the dealership, and there was never any pressure or games. He went back to his managers multiple times, worked directly with the GM, and even went through their corporate office to see what else they could do for me. He took the time to work through the purchase price, incentives, financing, and trade value with me and remained professional and responsive throughout the entire process.
They gave me an excellent discount on the Denali Ultimate, worked hard to improve the value of my trade, honored the financing and incentives we discussed, and had everything ready when I arrived. There were no last-minute surprises or mysterious numbers appearing once I got into finance, which anyone who has purchased enough vehicles knows is unfortunately worth mentioning.
Jacob also made it clear that he wasn’t interested in just selling me one truck. He wanted to earn a long-term customer, and that’s exactly what he accomplished.

Upon driving home we noticed the low tire sensor on. We were confident that it was just a sensor being wonky due to the truck being jacked up.
When we checked the tires after getting home, we were shocked. Not a single tire had the same tire pressure and one of them was really low.
So, not a big deal, just surprising. I trusted that the tires would’ve been adequately inflated at install.”

From my first interaction with setting up an appointment to have my vehicle inspected until the moment it was ready for pick up was the best experience I’ve had in sometime. Being able to go to this establishment after a rough experience at the dealership of my vehicle made up for it all. The staff and team kept constant communication with me, made sure I fully understood what my vehicle needed, and communicated if my vehicle needed to be kept overnight. Fortunately this was not the case, but it made me appreciate this more in that I did not have this during my dealership visit. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and will be the first to book a service with them if needed.”

“I had purchased my first Jeep and after a few months, I felt like something just wasn't right. I took her in to another repair shop and after paying just to get her looked at, I was told nothing was wrong (except for getting some new tires) and that my concerns were just a 'Jeep Thing'. A few months later, things got worse, my traction light came on with major pull issues (while driving, stopping, etc) and driving in the rain felt especially unsafe (like ice). I honestly started to feel like all the years I had spent saving up for my 'dream Jeep' were now turning into a nightmare.
Then, I decided to give Motofix a try. I called up Brian, expressed my concerns, and he told me to stop by so he could take a look and see what or if anything was wrong...without charge!?! When I arrived, Brian took the time to listen, explain, and actually help me. He gave me advice on what would be the best course of action to get my Jeep to it's best. He never pushed or tried to up sell me. I listened to his advice and I'm so happy I did...He found and fixed the issues that my Jeep was having and honestly it's like night and day! I have my dream Jeep back. So, if your looking for a honest, reasonably priced mechanic with some incredible skills... give Brian a call!

David was good to keep me updated during the job, and the job progressed exactly how he bid it. He was professional, prepared, and came in under budget and under time. I was stunned when he called to let me know the truck was running and ready for me, because the local shops I had spoken with all told me to anticipate several days in the shop. I called David after noon on Wednesday, he met me on Thursday and then called Friday morning to say my truck was ready. If the repair part did not have to come from Nashville, then I feel sure I would have driven away same day. David didn’t wait for the part to arrive to begin the job; he did everything he could to prepare for its arrival. Awesome.
