“This rating is for Shakira the woman I talked to on the phone. I had a major issue to say the least. This was my third phone call to resolve this issue. All of the previous times I called the issue was not taken care of. It took Shakira to go above and beyond to assist me with a problem that was incurred by making a deposit in person at this location. “I left U.S. Bank after more than a decade with them due to their inability to service the needs of my business in a responsive, timely manner. Moving to Legends has been the best decision for me as a small business owner. In the first 4 months of service with them, they managed to accomplish more than what U.S. Bank ever did. Hayes Wellington and his colleagues have been top notch. They assisted me with the PPP loan and even managed to assist me in financing a commercial space in the middle of a pandemic!!! Going from a big bank where I constantly felt I was “too small to matter” to a local bank where I mattered from the start regardless of revenue is one of the best business decisions I’ve made!!! I highly recommend them!!”
