He communicated with all customers in line, pointed out the self-service checkout, and continually apologized for the delay and Thanked us for our patience. So professional, courteous, and gracious. “Went in on Thanksgiving 2024. They were one of the few retailers open that day. It was our 3rd stop in trying to find brown sugar. They were way out of the way and really crowded but the fact that everyone forgot something and typical retailers weren't open it was understandable. I stood in line for a while next to a man that wanted to talk incessantly ( not the store's fault I got in line directly behind this man). BUT THEY SAVED THANKSGIVING by having brown sugar. Candied yams are my favorite. With the brown sugar in tow we went home and enjoyed the holiday.”
“It’s the Christmas season, so of course I expect long lines, but we was in and out wasn’t bad at all. Store was kind of messy, but I know it’s hard to keep up with everything that’s going on.”

“Walmart Associates at Tiny Town Road are exceptional in awareness of assisting customers upon inquiry as to where items are located. Technology is utilized to locate the item. The store is clean and well organized and the associates greet you as you leave during check out. They do not avoid you. Great customer service is the key to loss prevention as well as preferred and returning customers. A pleasant shopping experience is equal to a happy shopper.”
“Nice store very friendly and helpful people. Really good sale going on right now. Lots of really nice things. Lots of food items at really decent prices. Lots of Paw Patrol things if your children or grandchildren like that. I did not find any University of Kentucky Wildcat memorabilia, to me that was the only drawback of the store.”

“This is literally my favorite Dollar General to go too… always great customer service especially this one lady named Kathy she is always smiling and very welcoming and I just love her!!!! She is definitely a great hard worker even if the store every once in a blue moon doesn’t have what I need her smile is enough for me to be cool with that. But the store almost always have everything I need when I go. I believe it’s my favorite location”

“Good stuff here.Not always necessarily cheap, though. Making the "Dollar" part a misnomer.However, I was able to find and discover some great products for curly hair, which I have.They also have great snacks and chips here that seem cheaper than the grocery store.”
“Thankful for the manager that was on duty 06/11/2023 around 8:30 PM! I’m pregnant and this is the only store or person who has asked to hold my basket while she helped me look for Dr. Pepper I’ve been craving so much, unfortunately the app said there was some when there was not but she still made my experience amazing! I really want her to be awarded for making the extra effort. She even carried them to the register then to my car! I couldn’t believe it. My husband doesn’t even carry my groceries to the car!”
“I am impressed. The store was organized and clean. Products on the shelves were up to date. I was able to find what I needed quickly, with the help of a nice young man wearing glasses.
