“Although there was only 1 Cashier on duty and several people in line, Mr. J'mon handled everything beautifully! He communicated with all customers in line, pointed out the self-service checkout, and continually apologized for the delay and Thanked us for our patience. So professional, courteous, and gracious. “Went in on Thanksgiving 2024. They were one of the few retailers open that day. It was our 3rd stop in trying to find brown sugar. They were way out of the way and really crowded but the fact that everyone forgot something and typical retailers weren't open it was understandable. I stood in line for a while next to a man that wanted to talk incessantly ( not the store's fault I got in line directly behind this man). BUT THEY SAVED THANKSGIVING by having brown sugar. Candied yams are my favorite. With the brown sugar in tow we went home and enjoyed the holiday.”
“Store can be messy at times, but thats due to the amount of kids that run thru it. Their selection is vast and have so many options to choose from. The kids love going here and always leave with a smile on their face. Love it here.”

“Walmart Associates at Tiny Town Road are exceptional in awareness of assisting customers upon inquiry as to where items are located. Technology is utilized to locate the item. The store is clean and well organized and the associates greet you as you leave during check out. They do not avoid you. Great customer service is the key to loss prevention as well as preferred and returning customers. A pleasant shopping experience is equal to a happy shopper.”
“Nice store very friendly and helpful people. Really good sale going on right now. Lots of really nice things. Lots of food items at really decent prices. Lots of Paw Patrol things if your children or grandchildren like that. I did not find any University of Kentucky Wildcat memorabilia, to me that was the only drawback of the store.”

“This is literally my favorite Dollar General to go too… always great customer service especially this one lady named Kathy she is always smiling and very welcoming and I just love her!!!! She is definitely a great hard worker even if the store every once in a blue moon doesn’t have what I need her smile is enough for me to be cool with that. But the store almost always have everything I need when I go. I believe it’s my favorite location”

“Good stuff here.Not always necessarily cheap, though. Making the "Dollar" part a misnomer.However, I was able to find and discover some great products for curly hair, which I have.They also have great snacks and chips here that seem cheaper than the grocery store.”

“I was pretty behind on getting my son's 2nd birthday altogether. I had spent the day at work and had to watch the kids when I got home. I finally found my chance to breakout of the house to run to this Dollar General to get my son a birthday card and his birthday dinner. I was almost in tears at the checkout counter. I had forgotten my wallet. The young lady cashier named, Trin, then swooped over and paid for it for me. She is the only reason my son got to have a birthday.
