BEWARE: The only complaint I have about this location in particular is they seem to want to forcibly add AT&T protect advantage to every device, in addition, every time you go into the store to speak with a representative, they'll add it back on. Check your bill carefully after visiting. Don't get scammed!!”

“We had a problem with our airpods in replacing the tip because something was obstructing the tip from going onto the airpod. Took it to them and he fixed in a few minutes and didn't charge us. So friendly, quick service and very friendly. I would recommend this place for sure, he has a wide range of products he can fix, I saw TVs, PC, Phones, etc. all getting repair there.”

“Rylan Schwab helped us, and she was incredible. We saw her at one location, and since they didn’t have the color phone we needed, she actually met us over at another store, to make sure we had exactly what we wanted. It was a Sunday evening nearing closing, so she was able to drive to another Verizon store, open it up for me and my son, and take care of us, even though she was not on the clock anymore. What amazing Service is that! I had some questions for next day, and I texted her, and she replied immediately with my answers. My husband needed a phone as well, so we went back the next day, asked for Rylan, and once again she was amazing! Definitely ask for her at any of the Verizon stores in Clarksville Tennessee.”
