“I had to go there because the customer service line was extremely unhelpful which resulted in me going down to the store. We were helped by Carlos, who was the most helpful person and went above and beyond what he should have been doing. I have been a Verizon customer for 16 years. I have never received such outstanding service than I did with Carlos. Anytime I have ever called into customer support it has always been a hassle and not helpful at all. Because of customer supports screw up again, I got tired of dealing with it and went into the store. What should have been a simple thing, ended up being close to 3 hours.
Carlos stayed with us the whole time going the extra mile to get the problem fixed. That man deserves a raise. I was more pleased with the help we received in store than dealing with the people on the phone. Way to go Verizon Madison store you have an A++++ employee. Thank you again Carlos, when we upgrade our phones we are going to see you.”

“We had a problem with our airpods in replacing the tip because something was obstructing the tip from going onto the airpod. Took it to them and he fixed in a few minutes and didn't charge us. So friendly, quick service and very friendly. I would recommend this place for sure, he has a wide range of products he can fix, I saw TVs, PC, Phones, etc. all getting repair there.”
