“Showed up yesterday afternoon and the entire staff jumped on my truck to diagnose the problem, which ended up to being an S cam. The part would not be in until today but they took care of me.
As soon as the part came in, the manager (Tony), Billy, Henry, and Brandon helped get me fixed ASAP. Nikki in the office was also super friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend stopping at store 299 for any of your trucking needs.-Charlie Brown”
“Reasonable prices, less than other shops. Fast service. I was out in less than 30 minutes for a whole set. I would recommend. There is a $35 charge if you use a card instead of cash, so plan for that. Great business.”
“I highly recommend this tire shop. I live in Nashville and travel to Clarksville to get tires and rotations. They’re the best I trust them Victoria she never disappoints. Oh and I cannot leave out the guy that does the work. I don’t remember his name, but that Louisiana accent sticks out every time love it.

Upon driving home we noticed the low tire sensor on. We were confident that it was just a sensor being wonky due to the truck being jacked up.
When we checked the tires after getting home, we were shocked. Not a single tire had the same tire pressure and one of them was really low.
So, not a big deal, just surprising. I trusted that the tires would’ve been adequately inflated at install.”

“OMG! They were absolutely phenomenal I just bought my first truck and had a trip 3 days later so I needed a bed cover immediately. They were priced reasonably , outstanding communication, super timely got it done next day even on such short notice, talked me through everything, worked with me on dropping and picking up the truck in-between my lunch and getting off. Best customer service received in a long time. 10 out of 10 all the way around definitely will be going back for all my truck needs.”
“The folks here are awfully nice. I ordered new tires and they came in just when they said they would. I got 4 new tires, balanced and a front end alignment all within an hour (I think, I was so engrossed in this great book about the Marines that they had on the table that I wasn't watching the clock). I will be going back for other services.”

“I attempted to go to Walmart to purchase 4 new tires for my daughter’s 2023 Nissan Sentra SR. The lady I spoke with said they didn’t carry the OEM tire size I needed and basically directed me to their website along with a very nasty attitude. I left there and immediately went to Discount Tire. We arrived around 8:30 am. Lane greeted us upon entering and he told us he’d be with us shortly. A few minutes later he was helping us. I told him that I needed 4 new tires and I gave him the OEM tire size. He also told me that they didn’t have that size in stock. However, he offered alternate sizes that would also fit my daughter’s car. Walmart didn’t do this and as a result lost out on a sale of 4 new tires. Lane showed us two options that they had in stock and we made our selection. We paid and left the vehicle with them and headed to the gym. We received a text about 45 minutes later letting us know that our car was ready for pickup. This was all without an appointment and on a walk-in basis. I couldn’t be happier with the overall service we received. My daughter is back on the road with safe and reliable tires for her car.”

“The staff is ALWAYS busy when I go to this particular Firestone, they are always nice and very informative on everything my work truck and personal vehicle need. Mr Ryan has always taken care of me and suggested items of concern with my vehicles. I always take him up in his advice because he knows what he is talking about. Mr Ryan pointed out some dryrot on my tires, I went ahead and bought new tires while I was there for a service. I have never doubted Mr Ryan and the Fort Campbell Firestone. There are two Firestone stores on my way Mr Ryans Firestone on Fort Campbell and I pass them up because of the great, quick and accurate service I get from this store. This is my GO TO Firestone Store for my vehicle needs. Thank you Mr Ryan and your staff for keeping my vehicles going.”
