We have had a hole in our yard with wires sticking out of it since they installed our internet about a month and a half ago. They sent someone to “take a look” and said someone would be there to get it fixed, but 2 weeks later we still have a hole in our front yard with wires sticking out of it.

I despise AT&T. WAY back before they merged with Cingular everything was awesome. But now... customer service hangs up on you, it took them 3 years to come to my mother's house and run internet lines. We put an amber alert out for the technician that never showed up when he was scheduled!
