“Very honest company, because of Nathan. I have seen firsthand Inspector Gadgets fixing a simple issue hundreds times... for example when the issue is simple, being honest vs scamming the customer. Several time customers were quoted 75 from charge ports, when all it was that it needed to be cleaned... then hand the phone back to you at no charge. The best technology repair place in town hands down because of the honesty when repairing... and the custom-built computer prices.”

Alexa, upon walking in the store, had a very welcoming personality and a true desire to help me to find the best answer to my problem. Thank you for standing out and exceeding my expectations. The respect you gave towards me and even the other employees spoke volumes about you. Your attention to all of my questions and concerns was greatly appreciated. I never felt rushed and it was important for her to make things just right for me with no pressure at all. Upon leaving, I noticed that she was the manager and this was encouraging that this is the standard that she personally sets for the other employees as well as herself. “I think more people in Owensboro, Daviess County, and even the counties around it need to give T-Mobile and Metro another chance. Sure, Metro's speeds are 4x slower than their parent, T-Mobile, but I'd recommend it if you don't care about speed. Also both Metro and T-Mobile are cheaper than Verizon and AT&T. And also Cricket throttles their data so it gets slow after a set amount of GB. But on Metro, it's a higher amount. So I recommend”
