“I had a rattle in my exhaust system and could not figure out where it was. I stopped in and the guys jumped on it and found the exhaust tip was actually pushing against the hitch frame. They cut the hanger and rewelded a new one and put a gap between the tip and the hitch. Didn’t charge me a dime either. First time I have dealt with the new owner and staff and overall I was very pleased with their work and attitude. Highly recommend them for all your exhaust and brake needs!”

“A shout out to the staff at the Owensboro location. I needed a part to a truck that had been customized. The big chain part stores were useless. Went to Fisher's and the guys there asked me a few questions, did some digging and found a listing for a part that would work. They didn't have it but made a couple of calls and found someone who did. Hats off to these guys. I'll be going back for sure.”

“After the recent hail storm all body shops and insurance companies were overwhelmed. I did NOT want my SUV totaled, I made Ernie the GM aware of this as well as Tab my claims advisor. My insurance company said it would probably total because the roof needed cut off and replaced. Now understand that the top looked like a connect the dot puzzle and had a few large dents. I did not want it cut off, it would forever change the structural integrity of the vehicle. As we all worked together I knew that they would do the best they could without having to total it. I was expecting some possible imperfections on top, but I’m too short to see the top, Well Wow, when I picked up my vehicle it was perfect, there is absolutely nothing that shows it was a golf ball. The Shop guys got hours, and I got my vehicle fixed! I would recommend them to anyone!!! Thank you Ernie, Tab, and the Gerber team in Owensboro!”
“Of all days to have a flat tire. Temps upper 90's, heat index 112. My son went into AutoZone for a can of tire fix so we could get to a Tire repair/replace store. The woman working there came out, helped my son plug and inflate the tire. Sadly, I didn't get her name. She has short, dark brown hair. She was so kind and very helpful. Words can't express how much we appreciated her help and kindness. We made the trip to Goodyear safe and sound. Thank you! ❤️ Amazing employee ?.”

The lady said she could have 2 sent from another location to arrive the next day. The next day I got a call that they were ready for pick up, and I got two EXCELLENT deep tread tires for fifty dollars total. I was delighted.”

She had this car all through college. I decided to take it over to AutoZone on w. Parrish in Owensboro, Kentucky . Right away from walking in the door Jonathan was friendly, helpful and offered to help me out not only with diagnosing, but help me find the part ,and helped me put the part in the car. “Wheelchair Lift Work: we can't say thank you enough to Danco for helping us with our van wheelchair lift! Originally Pennyrile Home Medical installed, and we had issues from day one. After multiple trips there for repair, PHM unwillingness to admit their fault, and having an inoperable brand new wheelchair lift, a friend recommended Danco. Danco contacted the manufacturer and worked with them extensively. They respected the manufacturers wish to run different tests to see if it was a faulty lift or improper installation. After patiently going through whatever the manufacturer requested, Danco (Jeremy and Max specifically) were able to help the warranty company understand it was installed improperly. They secured a new lift for us and put it in correctly (original installation by PHM was not even in the right position within the van doors!), and worked out all the payments with the manufacturer!! It's been two years and we just had a new issue arise with the lift - these hydraulic lifts are notorious for being difficult when it's cold outside - and even though they could tell immediately what the problem was, they reached out to the manufacturer to double-ck before doing the repair. And it's back to working properly! We are very thankful for their willingness to fully investigate what needed to be done both times with this lift. Beyond grateful we have a local company that can handle this, and we didn't have to drive to Evansville or Louisville and be without our transportation for long! Thanks guys!”
“The dealership and sales was very helpful through the process of finding the vehicle I wanted and the purchase process. My issues is not with Don Moore but with Toyota. Toyota gives false presentation on gas tank size. How do you state the grand highlander has an almost 18 gallon tank when you are directed the vehicle is set up to only use under 14 gallons. The vehicle is a full size and should come with a full size usable tank, not a small car tank. It Toyota deemed necessary to never use the last 4 gallons to protect engine they should have built a 21 gallon tank. I had to get on Utube to discover why my gas gage showed empty at 14 gallons. Very disappointing of a brand such as Toyota .”
