“I would like to start off by saying if I could give 10 stars I definitely would. We had a neighbor back into one of our cars and her insurance took care of it all but I was stressed at first of the situation because I didn't know what to do. I looked up auto body near me and found Caliber and collision. I called to see what I needed to do and Jessica answered. Jessica helped me with everything and took the weight off my shoulders and helped me to the fullest Of her ability and she did an outstanding job and I'm so thankful for her help. Shawn also called and kept me up to date on everything that they were doing and what stage of the repair that they were on. I'm so glad I went with this shop over anyone else in Owensboro. Again 10 out of 10 would recommend and always ask for Jessica she's the absolute best this shop is so grateful to have her on the front line!!!!Services: Painting”

“Really like them EXCEPT for one employee. He told me my car needed a complete search because was leaking a bunch of fluids. Took it home & never leaked anything. My parents took their car & spoke with someone that said needed new brakes & rotors. When finally checked out by someone else there, turns out just needed some dirt & dust blown out. So, I really like them & MOST of the staff, but be careful of who works on your vehicle.”

I did not mention that a family member had worked here before and they still gave me a great price and top notch customer service if you need anything fixed on your vehicle this is the place to go. It's a real down to earth body shop it's not all bougie like the dealership lol great people! I had several interactions and everyone was great! By far Tara provided great customer service and broke things down to layman's terms so I understood! Thanks again ?”
“We live in Ohio, but our daughter attends college in Owensboro and was involved in a car accident. Great customer service was able to get her immediately in to fix driver side mirror, which was a safety issue and repaired that while she waited. The rest of the repairs were scheduled for when she returned from winter break. Highly recommend this body shop.Service: Body & Trim”
