“We had a tire blow out on the interstate. The tow truck driver was friendly and professional while putting on the spare. He followed us to the exit where we purchased new tires. I felt safe driving on the spare with him following us.”
“They really listen to the customers on what they need done excellent top-notch service very meticulous about their work and they go over two to three times to make sure it's right”
“Prompt, professional, and saved us from the side of the road in less than 20 minutes. Amazing service and kind employees who transported the car with the utmost respected for the car and us. Thank you so much. The best tow service I've ever had. Flatbed for a low clearance vehicle, the technician knew exactly what he was doing and he was so proud of his work.”
“Had work re-repaired by them because the first guy did a shotty job. Excellent customer service. Place stays busy, so it may take a little longer to complete the job, but well worth the wait. Prices are reasonable. Would definitely recommend again.”
“After the recent hail storm all body shops and insurance companies were overwhelmed. I did NOT want my SUV totaled, I made Ernie the GM aware of this as well as Tab my claims advisor. My insurance company said it would probably total because the roof needed cut off and replaced. Now understand that the top looked like a connect the dot puzzle and had a few large dents. I did not want it cut off, it would forever change the structural integrity of the vehicle. As we all worked together I knew that they would do the best they could without having to total it. I was expecting some possible imperfections on top, but I’m too short to see the top, Well Wow, when I picked up my vehicle it was perfect, there is absolutely nothing that shows it was a golf ball. The Shop guys got hours, and I got my vehicle fixed! I would recommend them to anyone!!! Thank you Ernie, Tab, and the Gerber team in Owensboro!”
“They fixed the damage from hitting a deer and excessive hail damage from this last storm. They did an excellent job!! My car looked brand new! Easy to talk to and always friendly. Especially Jamie. I highly recommend.”

“My alternator went out on my truck on my way to have it replaced. I called them and told them where I was and Jake was there by the time I got off the phone with London. Their service is outstanding! Not only are they a family business, but they make their customer's feel like family too.”
