“Last week when it was very cold out. Tally Wrecker Service provided the best to me. I was on the side of the road with my car overheating. The lady that answered my call was very friendly and concerned with my safety. Dakota the wrecker driver called me reassured me he would be there within 15 minutes. And he was.First thing he did was help me out of my car and helped me get into the wrecker to warm up. While taking the car to the shop he talked to the mechanic of where to unload the vehicle. So I didn’t have to get back out in the freezing cold weather. Very caring service with Tallys Wrecker Service! Dakota was awesome caring and provided me with top notch customer service.”

“Really like them EXCEPT for one employee. He told me my car needed a complete search because was leaking a bunch of fluids. Took it home & never leaked anything. My parents took their car & spoke with someone that said needed new brakes & rotors. When finally checked out by someone else there, turns out just needed some dirt & dust blown out. So, I really like them & MOST of the staff, but be careful of who works on your vehicle.”

“I came into this shop because my grandpa Braden used to work here back in the '70s I believe. I did not mention that a family member had worked here before and they still gave me a great price and top notch customer service if you need anything fixed on your vehicle this is the place to go. It's a real down to earth body shop it's not all bougie like the dealership lol great people! I had several interactions and everyone was great! By far Tara provided great customer service and broke things down to layman's terms so I understood! Thanks again ?”
“Travel Healthcare worker in the area for a contract. A huge bolt ended up in my tire and had to call roadside service. Was told it would not be fixable by a different source. Contracted these guys based on a Google review that was not.like any other...you will know it when you read it. Integrity and honesty are huge to me. Randell, Jake and the other guys were professional and extremely kind. They fixed the tire in less than 15 mins and had me back on the road. A huge relief as I don't know anyone in the area and very much needed to have a vehicle to get to work that same day. These are my guys while here...only because I can't take them with me. Owensboro is fortunate to have this shop.”
