“I wish I could give additional stars! Pulled up to gate 2 hours before appointment. Gate guard was personable and pleasant. He assigned me a door and gave clear instructions about where to go. Backed into door then went into office to check in. They gave me BOL and seal then and said when the light turns green, pull out, put the seal on, and I was good to go. Told me they were going to load it right now. By the time i got back to my truck they were already loading it. 20 minutes later my light turned green. It was so fast I went to the office to ask if I was clear. Yep, good to go. 40 minutes from pulling up to the gate to pulling out of the gate. If only this was the norm throughout the shipping industry...”
