Greg is a true customer service professional. We had what I would consider a complicated family plan change/addition, and Greg never flinched. He knew exactly what he was doing and never once needed support from anyone else. Extremely knowledgeable, polite, and professional. Verizon is extremely fortunate to have him on the VZ team.

I also had the pleasure of interacting with Skylar at Verizon in Owensboro! I came in with a very complicated problem after attempting to transfer my phone service to Xfinity. After spending four hours on the phone with customer service reps at Xfinity they told me I should take my phone back to Verizon as they were unable to complete the transfer. Now, having no phone service whatsoever, I took my phone back to Verizon and met with Skylar. God bless Skylar’s heart!!! She was able to restore service back to my phone staying 40 minutes after closing time on one of the two days that I met with her!
I am so appreciative of Skylar’s persistence, patience, perseverance, and professionalism as she worked to resolve the complicated issues transferring my service back to Verizon!!! She is so awesome and I would recommend her to anyone who is experiencing problems that require some expertise to resolve. Thank you, Skylar!
