“I recently had an issue with a reclining chair I purchased from Rita’s … a few years ago!!! My husband and I were actually there shopping for kitchen chairs and just happened to mention our recliner. Shauna and Ford were immediately interested and asked for pictures. Ford is checking on parts and Shauna is keeping me updated ‘every step of the way’ (her words 😊). I didn’t expect any service. But, it appears there is a possibility of ‘fixing it’! Good luck finding customer service like that “anywhere “ else!!! I am very impressed with both Shauna and Ford’s genuine kindness, eagerness to assist and friendly manner. I have never experienced such EXCEPTIONAL customer service. They are “the best”!!! We are truly fortunate to have them in Owenton. A Very Happy Customer … Gratefully … Diane”
