“For a small town hardware store, they carry pretty much what one might need for everyday things. The great thing is if they don't you can order it and have it shipped there for no additional charges. This store has very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff working there and they are always ready to help!!”

    3.4 Good 19 reviews

“In response to the reviews about customer service, I am the person the gentleman spoke to, but what he failed to mention was after 3 mins of me explaining I hadn't spoken with the mechanic and that as soon as I did someone would get in touch with him. He kept repeating himself over and over saying the same thing and yes I will admit maybe I over reacted but I gave him two very simple choices either he could wait or he could come get this tractor and his response was he wanted it fixed, in which I responded then we will call when its ready. After which all these reviews were posted, none of which except for him have ever called or been to the store. False reviews are getting out of hand no days. Before making very much out of false reviews I encourage anyone to reach out and come by and judge for yourself. Even though the reviewer suggested not to use the service, they still wanted their tractor repaired. We decided not to repair the tractor after the negative reviews.”
