After the hailstorm earlier this year, my car had damage on every single panel on the top and driver’s side — and it had under 5,000 miles on it. It was a real bummer having that much damage on a brand-new car, but they made the entire process so easy. “I was going to wait to post but they have been so helpful and kind I didn't want to wait. My car was smashed up five hours from home on the way to another state and my Roadside assistance was going to take 48 hours to get a Tow truck to my vehicle. Randy's was the nearest certified repair shop within my insurance network and they were out there with a tow within 30 minutes. I accidentally called before they opened and was kindly directed to call back in about 15 minutes when I could have easily been ignored.
They basically took the stress out of a very new and stressful situation- helped situate my dogs and had a rough answer for me within 15 minutes of arrival and helped push along a rental car faster.
The repairs are extensive and will take some time but I trust by their level of customer service they will be as excellent as their communication has been.”
