“I love rent one and I also love the assistant manager she is so helpful she is so caring she runs the store great she's caring about her customers she helps you when you need help she's there for you when you need her I couldn't ask for a better store manager than her I think she deserve a raise because we went for her I've been gone a long time ago but she's very if you need help she's there if you need help with ordering things she's always on time she's always kind she's always sweet she makes my day every time I come into the store some days I'll be so depressed and when I go in there to pay my bill it's just that the warmth of her and the way she treats you with kindness will change my whole feeling that I was feeling it first and I want to thank you everyone for her an hiring a great manager places need more people like her and thank you for allowing me to be a customer of your store have a blessed day and thank you so much”

“I went in looking for bookshelf speakers. They do have really great equipment. I didn't end up getting them due to not having enough money (will be back for them) but through good conversations about audio in general, I did end up with a new car stereo. After installing it and following their advice, I haven't experienced a bigger impact on my audio quality. I had hi-fi speakers and subs but they sounded flat and lifeless. If you are looking for hi-fi for home or auto I cannot recommend them more.”

“Most employees are very friendly. In the Paducah, Ky. Store by Ky. Oaks Mall, I went in to pay my bill, everyone I saw was helping a customer, so I stood by the counter for about 10 when another lady walked in, she sits down by the window, finally a heavy set man came out if the back, he was walking toward me and i thought he was gonna wait in me but instead he turned and went to the other lady, didn't even ask who was first, just blew me off. I got so pissed that I almost left but instead a sweet cute young man spoke to me and said he would be right with me so I waited. I complained about the other man & he preceded to help me. He was very kind and I loved his help. Got what I needed took care of n left. If it hadn't been fir that young man I would have cancelled my service with T Mobile.”
“We were greeted quickly and told that the wait would be about an hour because they were very busy. They were polite and worked quickly with everyone. We did wait just over an hour. Lily helped us with several issues and was very knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely be back but will try to make an appointment next time.”

I'll never use any other store for my cellular devices but Lone Oak Verizon!!”
