“My go to place for those inexpensive tools. Just gotta watch the insider price tags, found out the tags were expired after checking out and then looking at my receipt.”
“Surprisingly, this store is a great place for snacks, coffee pods, and seasonings. It's fun to try new sauces and rubs that we haven't seen anywhere else. I'm not a farmer, so I can't really comment on the selection of farm tools and supplies, but they usually have what I need for my backyard projects and camping supplies. But the big question is, why do they never have my size of boots?”
“I bought an item here that was on sale. Since the Hank's brothers near me, Lone Oak, didn't have the item I called this Hank's store on the Southside, & they had it & held it for me until I could drive there to pick it up. Hanks may be a little higher than the big box stores, but you get excellent immediate customer service at Hanks right away. That's worth a lot!”
“Have shopped there regularly. Unfortunately, the last few times I've picked up a bag of dog food (Paducah) it has had a hole in it. This last one yesterday had several!! Very disappointed. Make sure you check your dog food bags before you take them out of the store. Mice are a problem this time of year...and carry many diseases.”
“I went to the grocery part of this store. My best experience while there was with the lady who checked me out. She was an older blond haired lady who was so friendly, kind & answered all the questions I had. She went out of her to help & serve me. The young lady at the hot food area was also very respectful & helpful. Their fried chicken is the best in the area & the brussels sprouts were great too. I bought 2 big desserts to go. I ate half of the strawberry shortcake dessert & it was fantastic. Great store with wonderful employees!!”
“We purchased our 2nd grill in as many weeks. The staff and especially the manager (Fayla) were extremely helpful! They actually went above and beyond by having the grill assembled while we waited. The best experience at a Lowes I have ever had!”
“From start to finish Story Electric and Master Electrician Dave Harshman were outstanding installing my new a Generac Generator. They gave me a great peace of mind. Thank You”
“I went to pick up my online order on Father's Day. I got there a little over an hour after placing the order but it wasn't ready yet. Tracy told me it takes 2 hours. However, Mark went ahead and got my order together and then when he seen me shopping, was sure to let me know it was ready for me. Very nice and quick to get my order together!”
“Our family always uses Ferguson for appliances, lighting and plumbing. Erin is always very knowledgeable and helpful. The guys at the parts counter are also helpful and that means a lot for a non-professional when I’m fixing something at home!!!”
“From Kaley at the Front Cashier to Zachary in Flooring...These Young People Just Rock at Their Positions! I Pray ? You Pay Then What Their Kindness and Help is Worth!!!
Appreciatively, Laura Hicks @

“The workers were friendly (especially Nate and Dena) and it looked like they would have a good selection of home improvement stuff. And they did have some ice melt. And Nate offered to help me lift it since the bags I got were 40 pounds.”
“One of the best stores I’ve been to during my time as a service tech. Knowledgeable and friendly counter sales people, good selection of products, great classes, and drinks/snacks for techs just makes the place an enjoyable experience.”
“This place has the most knowledgeable staff around. They have solved any issue i have ever had from indoor plumbing to yard drainage. Furthermore, their products are top notch. The quality is way better than what's available at a big box retailer at competitive prices.”
“Hank Bros. True Value in Lone Oak is the best place, (IMO, the only place) in Paducah to have keys made, not only simple copies, but key fobs and chip keys, but keys are not all they have. They have a great assortment of just about everything, from great gift items, to home grills, and then some.”
