“We were greeted quickly and told that the wait would be about an hour because they were very busy. They were polite and worked quickly with everyone. We did wait just over an hour. Lily helped us with several issues and was very knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely be back but will try to make an appointment next time.”

First of all, it is very hard to contact someone to talk to. My husband bought an iPhone 15 a couple months later he passed away. We do still owe on it. They’re taking the money out of my account every month so I want to change my number to his phone they won’t let me until his phone is paid off, which will be two years because we don’t have Xfinity anymore. We moved to Indiana and they don’t offer Xfinity services here The phone will then be old and outdated. I do not have the money to pay the whole amount right now because like I said, my husband passed away. All I want to do is use the phone I’m paying for.”
