Actually we put together different pieces and colors of furniture, including tables . “Rachel at the Paducah location was great to work with, she was so knowledgeable and helpful. We went to at least 4 or 5 stores before going here and would tell them exactly what we were looking for and not one of them took us directly to what we had described. Rachel literally took my daughter to 3 options and she really liked 2 of the 3 and decided on one of them and all 3 did check all the boxes we told her. Time frame was another big deal for us and she immediately made calls to check to make sure she could meet our deadline, and she even surpassed our deadline. I highly recommend Rachel!!”

“The staff is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions about the massage chairs. I tried chairs at 4 different stores and theirs are the best!
Update: It's been about 6 months and my $12,000 chair is having a few issues. I purchased an extended warranty and am attempting to use it. Basically I am getting lip service and the run around. Happy ZZZ's has me call the chair company, and assures me OHCO has great service and will fix or replace my chair. OHCO, the chair company, has a large list of things I have to do to diagnose the chair before they even send someone out to look at it. Videos of what it does, a decibel test (???), etc. Apparently I am in the chair repair business now. It has been almost 2 weeks and all I have gotten is emails, phone calls and told I should have read the extended warranty better before I purchased the chair.
I do still love the chair when it works properly.
Update: They sent a wonderful technician, poor man had to drive hours to get here, and he fixed all my chair problems.
I am back to loving my chair and using is every night.”
