“The staff is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions about the massage chairs. I tried chairs at 4 different stores and theirs are the best!

Update: It's been about 6 months and my $12,000 chair is having a few issues. I purchased an extended warranty and am attempting to use it. Basically I am getting lip service and the run around. Happy ZZZ's has me call the chair company, and assures me OHCO has great service and will fix or replace my chair. OHCO, the chair company, has a large list of things I have to do to diagnose the chair before they even send someone out to look at it. Videos of what it does, a decibel test (???), etc. Apparently I am in the chair repair business now. It has been almost 2 weeks and all I have gotten is emails, phone calls and told I should have read the extended warranty better before I purchased the chair.
I do still love the chair when it works properly.

Update: They sent a wonderful technician, poor man had to drive hours to get here, and he fixed all my chair problems.
I am back to loving my chair and using is every night.”

“Wonderful customer service! I went in and looked around and couldn’t find what I was looking for. They spent almost an hour with me narrowing down the set I had in mind. They were able to pull from another store so I didn’t have to wait for ordering. Just amazing! I spent my entire day furniture shopping and the other locations around didn’t have as good as service let alone as clean merchandise on their floor. Used doesn’t always need to look used!”

“I'm a woman that loves my mustang. I had to put a new top on my car and I choose this place because my dad took his cars there. Being a single woman I have to watch where I go to do car buissness. I have payed more some times lol. Well done be afraid if your like me love your car but only have the knowledge to fill it up with gass lol They have treated me well and very reasonable with the price I agree to pay them. Service is great and my convertible mustang top that they replaced for me looks better than the factory one. They kept me up to date about when I could pick it up. Plenty of parking space. They have a big sign that easy to see. The building kinda hard to see until you turn behind the sign I'm directional challenged and I found it easy lol
If you love your car and it needs a little care this is the place to get your work done. I had to take my car back because of a manufacturer mistake and they took care of everything and put me a new top on with out any trouble at all. I give this place 2 thumbs up”

From the moment we walked in, everyone was so friendly. They suggested floc, he explained everything, gave me a paper, with exactly what to do. This stuff is pure magic!!!! “Despite the downtown area this store is located in, it’s a pretty good choice to find home furnishings! Everything they sell is in just as good condition that you would find in any other furniture store but the prices are much lower. The staff is helpful and they don’t follow you like a lost puppy while you are browsing. We found lots of nice bedroom sets, couches, and rugs for just $200!! Unfortunately no sectionals which is what we were in the market for. Still, a good place to find nice furniture.”
