Fair pricing and seemed really honest. Very clear explanations. No condescending tone from anyone. Happy to have a shop I can send my dad to without worrying about him getting cheated.

Reasonable pricing, fast work, and quality customer service. I dealt with Raymond and he talked with me about possible reasons for why the damage was done instead of outright fixing it. I felt like I was dealing with a family in there.
