“While their bathroom is small and isn't ideal for someone in a wheelchair, I still choose to give Randys a 5 star rating. They are a body shop and not a place of casual gathering for all. Still, the staff is wonderful. They are always professional and kind. They keep you well informed. They do their best to get OEM parts for their customer and give you all the information you need in case you need to take it up with your insurance provider.
I only have 2 small complaints. The waiting room and bathroom isn't ideal for a wheelchair user. The other being I want their dog and somehow, I don't think they will allow me to take it home with me. Their dog is so friendly.”
“Needed to find an axle for my truck while I was away from work. Found a replacement on car-part.com. Called with stock number to confirm they had it. Was able to pay over the phone and they held the axle for me till I was able to arrange pickup. Awesome place with great service.”

“God BLESS Hayden! This momma was on her last leg and trying to pack the youngest off to school with a long drive and the a/c was on the fritz on a day well into the 90s. We would have been MISERABLE if we even could have made it! I am not a car person but Hayden showed me what I needed and what to do and is just amazing and that guy def deserves a pat on the back and a raise! I worked customer service for 30 years, and this young man was so kind and helpful. Need more like him!”

Got a new battery and somehow the throttle body gets stuck and won’t cooperate, so Clay took it apart and cleaned it enough so we could limp it to a nearby hotel since nowhere around here has a throttle body within 100 miles somehow. We owe them a beer or 12!”

“Stopped in to work on my car as it needed a new blower motor resistor. They were very patient and helpful with me, allowed me to barrow tools to do the job and even helped me find the correct sized socket for the trim that was in the way even when the video i was following to change the resistor didn't specify. They went above and beyond to help me out and will definitely come to this location again despite the drive from my house just for the fantastic service.”

“I bought an F250 six months ago and planned on getting a fifth wheel trailer. Life happens and I hurt my neck and had to have major surgery fusing most of my neck. Contacted Allyn Moore and explained we were no longer going to need the F250 and wanted to go back to an F150. He showed me several different models and explained all the different features of each make sure I found exactly what I wanted to fit my needs. He was so knowledgeable and never once did I fill pressured. Can't believe the deal we made. Two other dealerships came no where close. I recommend Paducah Ford and their accommodating staff.”
