“Called Ben with an issue. He said to come on up and he would get me into shop. Arrived and was inside shop with a mechanic within 2 minutes. Got an honest assessment about issue and problem was fixed. It was an engine piston cooling oil command module that was unplugged while replacing the starter two days prior at another shop. I had not noticed it when I inspected the starter. Throwing codes up to Illinois. They COULD have told me to replace it, charged me 1000 bucks and just plugged old one in. Instead, plugged it in and didn't charge me for that particular issue. Anyway...honest mechanic and good customer service. If you have issues with your truck and you can make it to Carbondale Il....these guys are trustworthy.”

Not only did he load the truck quickly and safely, but he also helped me tie up the drive shaft to prevent further damage. Super professional, on time, and genuinely helpful.

After the hailstorm earlier this year, my car had damage on every single panel on the top and driver’s side — and it had under 5,000 miles on it. It was a real bummer having that much damage on a brand-new car, but they made the entire process so easy. “I was going to wait to post but they have been so helpful and kind I didn't want to wait. My car was smashed up five hours from home on the way to another state and my Roadside assistance was going to take 48 hours to get a Tow truck to my vehicle. Randy's was the nearest certified repair shop within my insurance network and they were out there with a tow within 30 minutes. I accidentally called before they opened and was kindly directed to call back in about 15 minutes when I could have easily been ignored.
They basically took the stress out of a very new and stressful situation- helped situate my dogs and had a rough answer for me within 15 minutes of arrival and helped push along a rental car faster.
The repairs are extensive and will take some time but I trust by their level of customer service they will be as excellent as their communication has been.”

“While I've never actually had any work done there, I've had some level of business dealings with several people that work there and they're all solid people. They seem to be booked on a constant basis, which is good. People don't leave their cars at mechanics that don't do the job right. I would recommend them.
