They are so big that they don't answer phones even after 20 minutes when the web site says they aren’t busy.

The odd exterior of the U.S. Bank is wedged well above small white parking spaces. The length of the building compliments one enormous beige BB&T directly across the street.

I have to go to this bank to deposit money for my work(the only reason i go to this bank).. I have literally waited 45 mins with 1 car in front of me. Hands down the SLOWEST bank I have EVER been to.
