“I was at Paducah Ky store Saturday June 20th late afternoon. Being a older lady I struggle to find a bra that not only feels great but supports my aging girls. Sales associate Kimberley was absolutely wonderful!!! She was so patient and kind changing out bras and sizes along with helping me make sure I had a great fit. After I had found my bra they only had it in my size in a soft white but I also wanted the beautiful blue Kimberley immediately located my blue one online and placed my order. I was afraid I would be unable to find a bra I really loved but with Kimberleys help I found it and in 2 gorgeous colors🩷

“This was actually nice. The one in the mall in Clarksville looks like it was looted, then hit by a tornado then set ablaze with one checker and a never ending line. Here in Paducah it was clean and well organized. You could actually find items you wanted. The people looked happy instead of the 1000 mile stare. Upon checkout, the cashier was nice and very helpful. As opposed to the look of defeat on their faces. There was not armed guards in body armor waiting to check receipts and the alarm wasn't going off with a constant shrill. We were amazed. This Ross was an actual store and not a poisonous warzone.”

“The experience was perfect. The associate at the refund counter helped me with setting up the app. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgable and respectful. The thing I was disappointed in was the 30% coupon received by mail, wasn’t honored on the merchandise (womens) blouse I purchased.

“I ordered a pair of boots for my wife online. They came in with a defective zipper. The ladies at the store in the mall we're awesome. Very friendly and professional. They acted like it was there fault I was having trouble and kept apologizing. They really cared that I was having trouble. They fixed me up with another order and it left me feeling bad that I haven't shopped there a lot before. I will definitely check for things there more often. If you don't find what you need in the store, go online and have it shipped there for free. You'll be glad you did.”
