“Great atmosphere, huge selections of colognes but what made this review 5 stars was not anything to do with the store. It was one employee. His name was Rick. Rick works in the men’s cologne department. I don’t know much about Rick. But I do know he is a family man, and he loves people, he made a gloomy day turn into a wonderful time with my brother. Rick made my week. If you ever get the chance to visit dilliards make sure you say hi to Rick!
To the dilliards management team, I very much believe you should consider Rick for employee of the year and a raise. Thank you!”

“I had a wonderful experience shopping at this TJMaxx. The store manager is awesome and very nice. The lady in the fitting room was so helpful. I recommend stopping by this store.”
“This was actually nice. The one in the mall in Clarksville looks like it was looted, then hit by a tornado then set ablaze with one checker and a never ending line. Here in Paducah it was clean and well organized. You could actually find items you wanted. The people looked happy instead of the 1000 mile stare. Upon checkout, the cashier was nice and very helpful. As opposed to the look of defeat on their faces. There was not armed guards in body armor waiting to check receipts and the alarm wasn't going off with a constant shrill. We were amazed. This Ross was an actual store and not a poisonous warzone.”
“The experience was perfect. The associate at the refund counter helped me with setting up the app. He was friendly, helpful, knowledgable and respectful. The thing I was disappointed in was the 30% coupon received by mail, wasn’t honored on the merchandise (womens) blouse I purchased.
Other than this, all went well.”

“Being a guy that needs big and tall I find what they offer normally to be pretty varied. The staff is always helpful in the big and tall department. This is the place to go when you need big and tall anything locally. Their clearance sales always offer great deals.”
“You can go here and find almost everything you need!!! I love it here and always walk out with a cart full at SUPER GREAT PRICES!!! I've never had to return anything. Staff handled Christmas chaos like some pros!!! Definitely recommend you go!!!”

“Staff mostly friendly,could use more checkout cashiers.Prices could be cheaper. Considering Paducah has limited choices for grocery shopping (Walmart or Kroger) they do a good job,mostly.”

“I went into the store looking for “fancy paper plates and napkins”. Staff was great, polite and very helpful. When I went to checkout only one cashier, but another stepped up. I was next in line and this store has a white pillar in the path of the checkout lane. When the cashier announced he could take the next customer the woman behind me walked passed me and took the spot in front of the new cashier. I was stunned ? at first but as her husband followed slightly behind her he turned and apologized to me.
That one act of kindness from him calmed the anger that was starting to build in me. This kindness from him may not have meant anything to him but it made me realize how God wants us to be slow to anger. You reminded me of a valuable lesson today ✝️
