“We 1st went to another Honda dealership in Frankfort and despite my wife having bought a vehicle from them in 2019 and having her CRV serviced there regularly, were disappointed with the approach in trying to buy a new CRV 2026. We were told we wouldn’t get it cheaper and that was their “best” price.
We then went to Gates Honda in Richmond and had a completely different vibe. Kyle, Carl and Richard were superb, friendly and professional. Felt so comfortable that they wanted to sell the car to us and not as we had earlier felt that morning, that we should be grateful that Honda Frankfort should sell the car to us.
My wife and I are grateful for our new Honda and will be getting the servicing done there and would recommend them.

They took time to show me where on tires you check for tread levels and gave me expert advice based on my needs. I couldn’t have been happier about my experience. “Ron's is awesome!!! Here is my story. I have issues trusting people especially with my truck. I called several different places in Lexington KY to get the rear end of my 06 Chevy Colorado. The cheapest quote I had in Lexington was almost $2000. I heard about Ron's from my wife's Supervisor. The minute I spoke with Ron I knew that his shop would be the one to do the repairs. “Amazing experience. Buddy made us feel comfortable and confident, couldn't reccomend an associate more. His communication and patience was unleveled. Frank was also wonderful, he called and helped my parents through the online document process.
If I ever have to get another vehicle I will go here and go through Buddy again.

These guys are very knowledgeable and helpful. Absolutely the best prices I have found anywhere by a significant amount. For example I found doors for a Dodge in perfect condition for half of the next cheapest price of any place I called or any I found online.”
