βHONEST AMAZING SERVICE !!! In KY from out of state for a horse show. Daughterβs titan starts acting up not starting at first try. Called the Lexington Nissan and they couldnβt see us, so we called Gates. They got us in next day, ran diagnostics, couldnβt replicate and made some suggestions to make sure she was good to get home. They didnβt over charge or try to force a repair that they knew she could get done at home when it was more convenient!! Blown away! We were at their mercy and they were so kind! Thank you!β

βOur food truck had an electrical issue a week before our biggest ice cream sales day of the year. Jared, Zach, and team truly went above and beyond to make sure that my truck was well taken care of and back on the road just in the nick of time. Without their expertise, attention to detail, and their willingness to help, our weekend would have been ruined. While we wish we could’ve paid them in ice cream, their pricing was upfront, honest, and fair. My business has found a new home with issues such as this if problems arise again. I also learned to not let the name be deceiving as they can work on all vehicle vehicles, and for all customer types. The photo that I provided was taken about six hours after I left their shop! βHidden jewel I stumbled on when I got a nail in my tire. I limped in on a donut tire and they had my tire in stock. They took time to show me where on tires you check for tread levels and gave me expert advice based on my needs. I couldnβt have been happier about my experience. The best part I learned was they do all kinds of repairs. I looked around at the other customers and they all were wise older men in there so I couldnβt tell it must be a good place to get repairs!β

βWe were traveling home from North Carolina to Michigan when our transmission died late Monday afternoon. When we called for a tow the operator checked and informed us that Gβs could look at it as soon as it was brought in. Greg (owner) confirmed that the transmission needed to be replaced. It was at closing time. He offered to bring us to a car rental agency and gave us some recommendations for places to stay/eat. Long story short, we stayed two nights in the Richmond area and were on our way back home Wednesday around noon. We would recommend Gβs Automotive to anyone and appreciate the friendly, caring, honest and good mechanical service we received. No one wants to have to deal with breakdowns, but we were fortunate that it happened where it did so that Gβs Automotive could help us!β

βAmazing experience. Buddy made us feel comfortable and confident, couldn't reccomend an associate more. His communication and patience was unleveled. Frank was also wonderful, he called and helped my parents through the online document process.
If I ever have to get another vehicle I will go here and go through Buddy again.
Update: Just sold a car to them and it was a breeze! Took less than 30 minutes and was so easy. Went with Buddy again, as I stated I would above, and he is so honest and helpful. I recommend this place and him for buying AND selling now.β
βTrevor Couch is an excellent service advisor because he doesnβt doesnβt just treat you like a customer, he treats you like a friend. There may be some things that may get a little expensive, but his transparency is greatly appreciated. βKentucky Collision is hands down the best body shop Iβve been to. The work is awesome, they clean the car inside & out before you pick it up , they deal one on one with the insurance company. They give progress updates via text. The
Work is always completed before expected time. Also there is a person assigned to your car so not only are they the liaison, but they give updates so you donβt have to call. But if you do, just speak with customer service rep assigned to your car and they can answer any questions.β
βThis place does great work. I needed a DOT Inspection on a trailer. One placard replaced and the Bill box replaced. It was all completed in a reasonable amount of time. Very nice gentleman working here. Old school and wonderful.β

βI went to the Richmond KY Avizion location 8am Monday August 5th to have the passenger window on my old 2001 Toyota Tundra replaced. The tech was absolutely charming, kind, and quite frankly, fun to talk to. He let me hang out and chat while he worked, and had my window replaced in no time. Saylor's recommended you guys to me and I appreciate that, I'll gladly do business again. 10/10 experience.β

βWe 1st went to another Honda dealership in Frankfort and despite my wife having bought a vehicle from them in 2019 and having her CRV serviced there regularly, were disappointed with the approach in trying to buy a new CRV 2026. We were told we wouldnβt get it cheaper and that was their βbestβ price.
We then went to Gates Honda in Richmond and had a completely different vibe. Kyle, Carl and Richard were superb, friendly and professional. Felt so comfortable that they wanted to sell the car to us and not as we had earlier felt that morning, that we should be grateful that Honda Frankfort should sell the car to us.
My wife and I are grateful for our new Honda and will be getting the servicing done there and would recommend them.
Oh and we did get a better price. And my wife preferred the color ?β
